A&K Construction and Remodeling LLC is a Washington licensed general contractor (KCONSCR884RE) based in Royal City, serving the Columbia Basin since 2012.

We self-perform excavation, site work, underground utilities, grading, concrete formwork and flatwork.

Water and sewer: we have installed the complete utility systems for entire residential neighborhoods, and main extensions in the City of Warden, with our own crews. Sewer mains and manholes. Water mains, hydrants and thrust blocks. Power backbone to PUD requirements. Backfill and compaction. All of it inspected and accepted by the city. We also form and pour curb, gutter and approaches.
