Pre-Construction
This phase includes constant monitoring and interaction. We keep an eye on budgets to ensure accurate costs, stay on top of schedules for timely delivery and work closely with the design team to create your vision.
Construction
Our team at A&K self performs most scopes of General Construction including but not limited to:
Excavation (includes, Long Reach Excavators, Standard and Mini Excavators and Front End Wheel Loaders), Septic Systems in Grant, Benton / Franklin and Adams County, Concrete Footings and Foundations, Irrigation / Weir Box Concrete, Flat Cement work, Framing, Cabinets, Flooring, Interior Trim and more. When needed we also have tried and proven network of subcontractors to help get any project done.
Post-Construction
The last step in any build. This phase includes site cleanup, systems training, final inspections and move-in coordination. After completion, we have a final walkthrough to ensure your complete satisfaction.
